Dante is the President and CEO of the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA). Originally hailing from Central California where he spent his childhood summers working on his family's farm, Dante now resides happily in South Texas with his family. 

In this episode, Dante shares his journey to healthier living and details his startling encounter with gout. He also talks about the inception and purpose of the Clean Eating Challenge and how it is never too late to start improving your health and lifestyle.
